Cancellation Policy

Introduction

At Dawdle.live, we strive to create a seamless and transparent experience for all our users — whether you're an enterprise submitting a business requirement or a product/solution provider engaging with qualified leads. Our cancellation policy ensures clarity on your rights and obligations when it comes to discontinuing services or engagements on the platform.

Subscription and Service Cancellations

Solution Providers / Vendors:

  • You may cancel your subscription or service engagement at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
  • Upon cancellation, access to active and future enterprise requirements will be revoked at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Services already rendered — such as access to validated requirements, matchmaking, demo facilitation, or support in ongoing opportunities — are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Enterprises:

  • Enterprises can withdraw a submitted requirement before it is validated or matched with a solution provider.
  • Once time slots are shared and matchmaking has occurred, the requirement is considered "in process" and cannot be cancelled retroactively.
  • If you wish to pause or delay interactions with a matched product, please notify us promptly to avoid unnecessary scheduling.

Cancellation of Meetings or Demos

  • Demo slots once confirmed between enterprises and vendors should be honored to maintain professionalism and platform trust.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance to all relevant parties.
  • Frequent no-shows or last-minute cancellations may lead to warnings, temporary account restrictions, or limited access to future engagements.

Automatic Renewals

For vendors on a recurring billing cycle:

  • Unless explicitly cancelled, subscriptions or quarterly billing plans may renew automatically.
  • Notification of upcoming renewals will be sent in advance, allowing time to cancel if desired.

Exceptional Cancellations

In the event of:

  • Technical issues preventing proper use of the platform
  • Errors in requirement postings
  • Disputes regarding the nature of a match or engagement
