Requirement-Based Charges

We charge a fee when an enterprise requirement submitted on the platform is validated and progresses to a demo stage.

A validated requirement refers to a clearly articulated business need that:

  • Has been submitted by an enterprise through our platform
  • Has been matched and accepted by one or more relevant technology providers
  • Has moved to the stage where demo time slots are shared by the enterprise

This charge supports the effort involved in matchmaking, vetting, and coordinating initial interaction opportunities.

Invoicing: Billed periodically (e.g., monthly or quarterly) depending on the volume of validated requirements.

Payment Terms: Payable within a stipulated period following the invoice issuance.

Outcome-Based Success Fee

If a deal is successfully closed between the enterprise and the technology provider through interactions initiated via Dawdle.live, a success fee is applicable.

This fee is calculated as a percentage of the first-year contract value and is charged only upon realization of revenue. It ensures we are compensated only when there is measurable success on both sides.

Coverage: Applies for a defined window (e.g., 12 months) from the initial interaction between the enterprise and the product company via the platform.

No Setup Fees or Listing Charges

We do not charge for:

  • Creating a profile on the platform
  • Listing your product or service
  • Accessing general platform features

You only incur a cost when there's qualified interest from enterprises, a confirmed match, or a deal closure.
