Dawdle.live charges for services rendered, such as:
- Access to validated enterprise requirements
- Coordination of demo scheduling and matchmaking
- Post-engagement support, including assistance in deal closures
These services are considered consumed once delivered, and hence are typically non-refundable.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following scenarios:
- Technical Errors: If a charge was processed due to a technical or billing system error.
- Duplicate Payments: If the same invoice was paid more than once.
- Service Delivery Failure: If a paid service was not rendered as described or was delivered in error.
Refunds will not be issued in the event of:

- Lack of response from enterprises post-demo
- Unsuccessful sales outcomes (unless otherwise contractually guaranteed)
